Well, here we are in August 2011. Hard to believe the year is more than half over, isn’t it? Time flies when you’re having fun, but don’t lose sight of the goals you set for yourself at the beginning of the year.
Now is a good time to pick a nice place in the shade to relax, grab a glass of lemonade and take a look at the goals you set at the beginning of the year. How many Dealers did you want to sponsor by this time of the year? How many retail or commercial accounts did you want to sign up? Have you met your targets? Was attending AU one of your goals? It was for over 350 Dealers who attended this year and are now out pounding the pavement with new enthusiasm and information to bring their customers.
Take a look at your goals and modify them if necessary. Refocus your efforts on where you want to be by the end of 2011. It is not too late. And, be sure to call on your sponsoring Dealer, Direct Jobber or the Dealer Sales Department for any direction or advice on how you can make the last half of 2011 the absolute best. Do it now before the snow flies.
